Dogs Caught in the act!
Page 1

The following are pictures and stories of dogs caught in the act of doing deeds, we fellow dog owners, would have preferred them NOT to do. This section is sure to keep you laughing, after all, it was not YOUR Dog! or was it? Despite these deeds, most of us still love our dogs. For those of you who just had a dog commit a No, No, look at these picture pages, don't feel so bad, it could have been worse! Do you have a photo(s) of your pet caught in the act of a "No, No"? Send it in! along with your story.

Wondering why dogs do these bad deeds? Puppies need constant guidance and to be taught what is acceptable and what is not. A dog who goes on daily pack walks is less likely to engage in any destructive tendencies. Most dogs who are destructive are not happy dogs. When a dog is destructive it is usually a sign that there is something lacking in the dogs life. Something that the canine animal needs which the humans around them are not providing. Perhaps boredom, a lack of communication, exercise, discipline or a general understanding between canine and human. A dogs actions are a direct result of the humans around them. Basenji Mix, 6mo. old at the time and quite a little stinker

"This is my little Chopper Dog. We got him at the pound. He was a fat little guy - later found out he had worms really bad. We took care of that right away! Chopper moved in with my husband and I. He never chewed clothing, shoes or furniture. He was almost immediately house broken and he has trained us very well."

Basenji Mix, 6mo. old at the time and quite a little stinker

"I had to go out of town for 7 days. Just before leaving I made sure I had all the bills paid and all the mail and other paperwork put away. The evening I didn't come home Chopper chewed up every piece of paper I touched that day just before going to the airport."

Basenji Mix, 6mo. old at the time and quite a little stinker

"Then the next day he decided he didn't like the white picket fence around my flower bed either. We found out he was part Basenji when one of the porters at the airport came running up to us yelling "a Basenji, a Basenji!" He has a mind of his own even though he knows all the commands and even knows some American Sign Language."

Cafi, the German Shepherd / Golden Retriever mix shred a roll of toilet paper all over the living room. I think the cats helped a little on this one but were not to be found when I walked in the room.

Cafi decided that she needed a little snack and found the cup in the trash from her owners shake.
